Job coaching and employment support for adults with disabilities

STAMA Integrated Health Solutions provides Supported Employment Services to help adults with disabilities prepare for, obtain, and maintain meaningful employment in their communities. Our services focus on building skills, confidence, and independence through individualized, person-centered job coaching and employment supports.

Supported Employment may include pre-employment training, career exploration, job development, job shadowing, resume and interview preparation, workplace readiness training, and on-the-job coaching. We also provide ongoing support to promote job retention and successful integration into the workplace.

STAMA Health works collaboratively with individuals, families, employers, and care coordinators to align employment supports with each person’s strengths, interests, and long-term goals—empowering individuals to pursue fulfilling work and greater economic independence.
